Christmas teas: Mulled and Gingerbread
These two are the most stocking-shaped thing we make. Each comes in a 25g tube that makes about 20 cups, and both are caffeine free, so they work for an evening by the tree.
Mulled is rooibos with orange peel, cinnamon, hibiscus, cloves and star anise. It smells like a Christmas market and brews ruby red.
Gingerbread is ginger, honeybush, allspice, roasted chicory root and liquorice. Warm, a little treacly, no sugar added.
