The quick method
Measure
10g of loose leaf into a fine mesh brew bag, or straight into a 1 litre jug.
Pour
1 litre of just-boiled water. Stir gently.
Steep
5 minutes on the counter — then let cool and place in the fridge.
Strain & serve
Lift out the bag (or strain), pour over plenty of ice.
Twist
A wedge of lemon or lime, and sugar or honey — to your own tastes.
Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best in the first 24 hours.
