Orange Spritz

Before dinner — bittersweet, dry, iced.

Moonlight white with hibiscus, marigold, orange peel and rosehip. Bittersweet, citrus and rose-red. The aperitivo, brewed not poured.

Serve it

Cold brew, tonic, orange peel expressed over the glass so the oil sits on the surface. That twist is doing the bitterness the blend hasn't got.
